Meet Our Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees has the fiduciary responsibilities, not only to set the vision and direction for the Foundation and the direction of the new KGHS, but also the goals for the general assembly at large. They bring to bear their collective professional and personal experiences to provide the necessary advocacy to the new leadership for Kalabari Girls High School – The school.
The board and committees working with the School Board will initiate and help manage and balance the needs of Kalabari Girls High School.
The Board comprises of a Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer and Trustee Members. When the school is re-opened, a Student Trustee will be elected to serve on the Board to liaise with the student body.
The Board of Trustees and the Committee structure is set forth in the Foundation’s constitution.
Only active member volunteers can nominate candidates for election.
